At The Urban Vintage Affair, we want you to cherish your unique home finds; if a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 14-day return window for all vintage and antique items. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your vintage item in its original protective materials to prevent damage during transit, as fragile home decor requires extra padding.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the package back to our London studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
